I now have a flipper which i cannot wear after going in to repair a crown that had slipped off .The dentist convinced me to install a new crown thus he removed too much tooth and it broke . - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I do not recommend Bluebonnet for any type of dental work AT ALL! The first time I had work done with them was when I had a route canal. They did not get the whole route which caused my mouth to throb for days. I ended up having to have the whole procedure done again, due to it not being done correctly the first time. When it was finished, they told my wife and I that the remaining balance owed was around $150. I continued to receive bills in the mail for $1500! I called to try and get this issue resolved, however, I was told that my claim was not true about my payment ever being brought down that low. To make light of the situation, I was told that the lowest they would go with my balance was around $400. I do not have any problem with paying what I owe (my credit report reflects that with 100% on time payments). I do have a problem, however, with Bluebonnet accusing me of lying. I will pay the bill, only because I was told that it would be sent to collections. I will NOT allow them to have another penny of my money because of the poor professionalism they showed towards me. No customer should be shown such disrespect by being called a liar. Again, I do not and will not recommend this establishment to anyone.April 04, 2017by Hunterh p
