- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I will NEVER do business with Newpointe Pharmacy ever again. One of the pharmacists by the name of Carl Sullivan called my mother and gave her my personal information, which is a clear and direct breach of the HIPA law. This is after I specifically asked that none of my information be given to anyone besides myself or my husband. I am a 33 year old woman, and my mother is not part of my life, and even if she was, Mr. Sullivan had no business or right to disclose any of my personal information to her. When I called to ask him about this matter, Carl Sullivan laughed at me and stated, What are you going to do about it? In addition, my mother has said to me that a different pharmacist, Virgil, would tell her anything she wanted to know about my business with this pharmacy. I would recommend that no one use this pharmacy if you don t want your personal information given to anyone the pharmacists wants, besides Jenny, who is the only good and professional pharmacist at this business.February 10, 2017by Melanie Turner
